I bought a collar and lead from reddingo.com and yeah, I’m happy with it. The price seemed fair, and the quality is actually a bit better than I was expecting. It arrived without any issues too, so... no complaints really. For the money, I’d say it’s a good buy.

"Not the best first impression"
Ordering was okay in the end, but the site gave me a bad first impression. The pages were loading slowly and everything felt a bit clunky while I was trying to check out. It did work, so that’s good, but the experience wasn’t exactly smooth.

"Quick help when I needed it, honestly"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged Red Dingo not really expecting much. They replied quickly and got it sorted without making the whole thing a hassle, which is kind of what you hope for, right? It’s just nice dealing with a company that actually responds and follows up. Really happy with the service.

Shipping took longer than they said it would, but the package did show up in good shape. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything lol, just a bit slow, and the tracking wasn’t super clear.

"Looks nice, but didn’t hold up long"
It looked good when I first got it, but it started wearing out faster than I expected. It’s decent, just not as tough as I was hoping. And when I reached out, I got one of those canned apology responses, which was more annoying than helpful.
